Answer:
No problem (beautiful horse by the way)
ok…ill list the problems and how you an fix them
stirrups are too short (lengthen them)
shes leaning way to far forward (encourage her to sit back in the saddle on her pockets, have her do a sitting trot)
saddle looks a bit small for her (try to find a larger one to borrow, or ride in a bareback pad to encourage a nice sitting trot)
her shoulders arent back (have her practice walking with her shoulders back, on the horse and on the ground)
she head is down to much (make sure shes always looking up except to check her diagonal)
heels need to be down more
try to get the horse to go into a more steady jog vs. a trot if you can, in order to boost her confidence
make sure shes breathing! she looked very stiff, as if she was holding her breath (everyone is guilty of that one after a long time out of the saddle)
I highly recommend having her do stretches before she rides, in order to open up her airways, lossen her muscles, and prep her body. These ones are my favorite, and they’re from a great equine therapist http://www.akenetherapeutics.com/1/post/2012/03/five-pre-ride-steps-for-equestrians.html (just pop that in your search bar).
Let me know if you need any more help. I’d be happy to review more videos and offer advice.
I hope this helps!
Keep riding girls <3,
Jessica

Nope. I don’t use that. You must have mistaken me for someone else, or someone used my picture.
Again, I just run an equestrian themed blog, focused on horses and the people that love them. I don’t use sleazy internet dating sites.
